You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window may not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

1. Email us at lawrence@thousanaire.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method (via PayPal) within 3-7 business days after we receive the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
